Lucques Olive Tapenade

- 1 cup pitted green olives shopping list
- 2-3 anchovies, rinsed and dried shopping list
- 1 tablespoon capers, rinsed shopping list
- 1 clove garlic shopping list
- 1-2 tablespoons olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients except the olive oil in a food processor and pulse until you have a coarse paste.
- Add a little olive oil at a time until you reach a smooth consistency.
- an be kept in the refrigerator, covered, for several weeks.
