RED AND GREEN ON SNOW MOUNTAIN APPETIZER

Ingredients
- 4 8-ounce packages cream cheese shopping list
- 1 jar red pepper jelly shopping list
- 1 jar green pepper jelly shopping list
- Sliced green onions (about 1/4 cup) shopping list
- Crumbled bacon (8 slices, or your choice) shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans, (can toast, made it both ways) shopping list
- CAN DOUBLE cheese AND INGREDIENTS AND MAKE A LARGE PRESENTATION shopping list
- NOTE: MAY SERVE WITH ASSORTED crackers EITHER SURROUNDING THE cheese OR PLACE crackers CLOSE BY shopping list
How to make it
- If in a hurry, can stack the blocks of cream cheese... OR
- Can form into a ball
- Place ball with spatula (or hands) on plate, dish, board, footed cake stand
- Think of an imaginary line dividing the cheese ball in half
- Pour some of RED jelly on TOP of ONE side of cheese, letting it slide so that some of the white cream cheese shows through
- Then close to RED jelly, starting on top, pour some of the GREEN jelly, letting it slide so that some of white cream cheese shows through
- Basically one side RED, one side GREEN, (just lets color show)
- Top with crumbled bacon, in free form
- Top bacon with sliced green onions, in free form
- Top with pecans last, in free form
- ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL, AND ABSOLUTELY DELECTABLE!
