  • Double for 2
  • 1/2 c low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 c skim milk
  • 1/2 small banana, cut into chunks
  • 1 tsp sugar-free instant chocolate pudding mix

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor. Cover and blend
  2. until smooth.
  3. Makes 1 Serving.
