Lemon Drop Smoothie Recipe
This recipe was inspired by one in the new Abs Diet for Women book. I just took it and made it my own.

Ingredients
  • 1 (8 oz.) fat -free vanilla yogurt
  • 1 C. 1% milk
  • 4 Tb. vanilla whey powder
  • 2 Tb. almond butter
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • 2 scoops fat-free lemon sorbet
  • 6 ice cubes.

Directions
  1. For best results, blend all other ingredients well before adding the ice cubes.
