How to make it

  • Place diced mushrooms in saute pan with 1/2 stick of butter melted and saute, add alittle flour to make a pate - like paste consistency
  • Place brie on 2 sheets of phyllo dough and spread mushroom pate over and wrap with rest of sheets.
  • Place in a shallow baking dish (as it can get a little oozy) and bake for 20 minutes at 325-350. Check at 15 min to see how it is doing!
