Ingredients
  • 20 oz drained pineapple chunks
  • 4 cups fresh bread crumbs(I tear mine into approx 1 inch pieces.
  • 2 sticks melted butter
  • 3 eggs (beaten)
  • 2 cups sugar

Directions
  1. drain pineapple and combined with bread crumbs.
  2. melt butter and stir in sugar and beaen egg yolks.
  3. pour mixture over bread and pineapple to cover.
  4. bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutesv
