Brie Bacon Pecan Omelet

- 2 tablespoons butter shopping list
- 2 tablespoons green onion shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 1/4 cup milk shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper shopping list
- 2 ounces chopped brie skin removed shopping list
- 4 slices cooked bacon shopping list
- 3 tablespoons coarsely toasted pecans shopping list
How to make it
- Melt butter in ovenproof skillet or omelet pan.
- Saute onion until tender.
- Combine eggs, milk and pepper.
- Increase heat to medium then pour egg mixture until skillet.
- Stir once and cook until edges begin to set.
- Using fork gently pull edges of eggs away from the sides of pan.
- Continue until most of the egg mixture is set but the surface of the omelet is slightly wet.
- Sprinkle cheese, bacon and nuts over top of the omelet.
- Fold in half then cut into two pieces.
