How to make it

  • In a bowl, combine 1 cup flour, paprika, beer, Worcestershire sauce, and Tabasco sauce. Let stand for one hour.
  • Heat deep fryer with 3 inches of oil to 375 degrees.
  • Dip shrimp in remaining 2 cups of flour, then dip in the batter.
  • Fry 1 to 2 minutes, until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
