Carrot Slaw Recipe

	Antics / All my dishes 2 years, 1 month ago I got many different colored carrots from my brother and started making this out of it. Its great with normal orange carrots as well but the purple, white, and other varieties spice up the coloring of the dish. Prep:20m Servings:8	Antics

Ingredients

1 lb Shredded Carrots (or cut how you like'em)

2 Tbs Mayo (gross - we use nayonaisse or make your own soy based substitute)

3/4 tsp Cumin/Curry Power

1/4 cup Raisins

lemon or lime juice

Salt

Directions

I made up all the measurements. I've never measured it but its in that ball park. Mix everything in a bowl and let it sit for at least a couple hours if you can. It keeps for a few weeks.

I just noticed I never mentioned the source for this recipe. Alton Brown did a great show on carrots that this came from. I hope you do make it - its sooooo good.
