Pumpkin Roll

This is a favorite in my house. Great for the holidays and make sure tobake a triple batch!
Ingredients
- pumpkin roll shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 2/3 cup pumpkin shopping list
- 1 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon shopping list
- 3/4 cups flour shopping list
- Filling shopping list
- 8 oz. cream cheese shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla shopping list
- 2 tbsp. Crisco shopping list
How to make it
- Pumpkin roll
- Combine eggs sugar and pumpkin
- In a different bowl combine soda, flour,and cinnamon
- Add to egg and sugar mixture
- Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes in a greased + waxed jelly roll pan
- When finished asap put the roll on to a towel with powdered sugar on it
- Roll like you would a jelly roll then cool.
- Filling
- Mix together cream cheese+ powdered sugar
- Add vanilla + Crisco
- Unroll cooled cake and spread the filling into it
- Then reroll the cake with the filling in it
