Triple Chocolate Bliss Cake Recipe

Got this recipe from my friend Donna, it may be from the one of the Cake Mix Doctor cookbooks, although it's not in the copy I have.

Ingredients
- 1 choclate cake mix
- 1 c sour cream
- 1 small pakg instant chocolae pudding
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 c vegetable oil
- Icing:
- 3 c. cool whip, thawed - reserve 2 T
- 1 pkg (8 squares) Baker's semi-sweet baking chocolate
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Beat all ingredients for cake
- Pour into lightly greased bundt pan
- Bake 50-60 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean
- Cool 10 minutes
- Remove from pan and cool completely
- Icing:
- Microwave the large portion of cool whip and the chocolate 30 seconds at a time until chocoate is melted.
- Stir well
- Drizzle over cake
- Spread reserved topping around top of cake
- Create star desing by drawing a toothpick through the middle several times
