Ingredients

SALAD:

1 lb coleslaw mix

2 bunches green onions, chopped

2 1/2 oz pkg slivered almonds

1 c salted sunflower seeds

2 pkgs chicken Ramen noodles

DRESSING:

1/2 c vegetable oil

1/3 c sugar

1/2 c vinegar

2 flavor packets from Ramen noodles

Directions

Place almonds and sunflower seeds in single layer in shallow ungreased baking pan.

Toast in oven for 10-15 minutes at 350 deg F

Crunch up Ramen noodles (save flavor packets for dressing)

Mix all the salad ingredients together.

Combine the dressing ingredients; mix well

Just before serving, toss salad with dressing.
