How to make it

  • Place almonds and sunflower seeds in single layer in shallow ungreased baking pan.
  • Toast in oven for 10-15 minutes at 350 deg F
  • Crunch up Ramen noodles (save flavor packets for dressing)
  • Mix all the salad ingredients together.
  • Combine the dressing ingredients; mix well
  • Just before serving, toss salad with dressing.
