How to make it

  • Mix all incredients; make small slits in roast. Pour sauce over roast, rubbing sauce into slits. Marinate for 24 hours. Remove roast from marinade, reserving marinade; grill roast, then if desired, when almost done, wrap roast in heavy foil and put back on grill. Cook until temp reaches 170 degrees. Heat up marinade reserve, remove grill from foil and pour liquid over the roast once sliced.

    trackwidow, don't know if they sell Tiger Sauce anywhere else but Louisiana, but I sure hope so! It is great stuff...
