Grilled Cajun Pork Roast Recipe

Great dish for those who love to grill! Goes great with any side dish...I like to make a coleslaw and potatoes to serve with.

Ingredients
- Medium size boneless pork loin roast
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2/3 cup minced garlic
- 1/2 cup Tiger sauce
- 1/2 cup Worchestershire sauce
- 2-1/2 tablespoons dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
Directions
- Mix all incredients; make small slits in roast. Pour sauce over roast, rubbing sauce into slits. Marinate for 24 hours. Remove roast from marinade, reserving marinade; grill roast, then if desired, when almost done, wrap roast in heavy foil and put back on grill. Cook until temp reaches 170 degrees. Heat up marinade reserve, remove grill from foil and pour liquid over the roast once sliced.
