How to make it

  • Place saltines in ziploc bag n make into crumbs, pour into pie pan and add seasonings(can adjust to you liking). In a small pie pan add eggs n mix with milk. In another add flour n season if you wish too.Take one cube steak n dredge in flour, then dip inot egg mixture n make sure all is wet, dredge into cracker crumbs, Place on a pan . Continue till you have breaded all of the tenderloins. Can wrap n freeze these at this point. Or you can deep fry them. To deep fry add 2 cups oil to pan n heat till oil is hot. Add 1 tenderloin at a time, and fry till golden brown, serve on bun n top with favorite toppings.

    This sounds easy and like something that would be great to make with chicken tenderloins, too. I have never seen a pork cube steak but I have seen beef. I'll try it with the beef and find out why we don't have pork steaks like that in the market. Thanks so much for posting your recipe!
