How to make it

  • Mix all ingredients together - reserve a few ounces of beef to roll ball in.
  • Form into a ball.
  • Roll in reserved beef.
  • Chill until firm or ready to serve.

    I always give it a quick/light rinse... I made it once without a rinse and it seemed too salty to my husband and myself.
