Chipped Beef Cheese Ball Recipe

Easy cheese ball - always a hit over the holiday season. I usually serve with Townhouse crackers or Melba rounds. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 pkg chipped beef, rinsed and chopped
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 tsp worchestershire
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together - reserve a few ounces of beef to roll ball in.
- Form into a ball.
- Roll in reserved beef.
- Chill until firm or ready to serve.

I always give it a quick/light rinse... I made it once without a rinse and it seemed too salty to my husband and myself.
