Ingredients
  • 2 cups unsifted flour
  • 11/2 cups oats
  • 3/4 cup + 1tbsp firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup ReaLemon lemon juice from concentrate
  • 16 oz. can whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 2tbsp corn starch

Directions
  1. Preheat over to 350
  2. With mixer, beat flour, oats, 3/4 cup sugar & butter until crumbly.
  3. Set aside 1/2 cups mixture; press remaining mixture on bottom of greased 13+9 baking pan.
  4. Bake 15 minutes or until lightly browned
  5. With Mixer, beat cheese until fluffy.
  6. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth
  7. Stir in lemon.
  8. Spread over baked crust.
  9. Combine cranberry sauce, corn starch and remaining 1tbsp sugar.
  10. Spoon over cheese layer.
  11. Top with reserved crumb mixture
  12. Bake 45 minutes or until golden brown.
  13. Cool & cut into bars
  14. Refrigerate leftovers.
