This is a soft, easy to prepare dessert.

Ingredients
  • 4 cups of milk
  • 1/2 cup of rice
  • 1cup of sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 2tbspoon butter
  • a bit of salt
  • 1teaspoon of lemon peel

Directions
  1. Put the the milk and rice together in a casserole. .
  2. Cook at medium temperatur, until rice is cooked and has absorbed the milk.
  3. Next, add sugar, butter, salt and lemon peel
  4. Take off the kitchen
  5. Add the egg yolks beaten
  6. Pour the mix into individual tins and put them into a large cake tin filled with water
  7. Bake 250 F for 30 minutes
  8. .
