Oh my gosh. This dressing is so good I can't get enough of it. I obtained this from a friend who served it at a dinner party a few years go. Everyone HAD to have the recipe. I make this at least once a week and sometimes more to go over salads an... More

Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup pecans roughly chopped or broken

Directions
  1. In small bowl combine vinegar, honey and mustard.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Heat oil in a small skillet until hot but not smoking.
  4. Add vinegar mixture and pecans and cook stirring regularly for 3 minutes.
