This is a very different and very elegant slaw good enough to serve company. Enjoy
Ingredients
- 1 rotisserie chicken shopping list
- 1-1/2 pound coleslaw mix shopping list
- 1 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 1/3 cup grated sweet onion shopping list
- 1/3 cup ketchup shopping list
- 4 teaspoons cider vinegar shopping list
- 2 tablespoons sweet relish shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 1 teaspoon caraway seeds shopping list
How to make it
- Remove chicken meat from bones and shred or slice.
- Whisk mayonnaise, onion, ketchup, vinegar, relish, caraway seeds, salt and pepper.
- Add coleslwaw mix and stir to coat.
- Transfer to a shallow serving dish and top with chicken.
