Broccoli Cornbread

This is really good as a side dish/bread/vegetable (all-in-one). I even like to eat it cold from the ‘fridge as a late night snack.
Ingredients
- 1(10-oz)pkg. Chopped broccoli- thawed and drained shopping list
- (4-oz) freshly grated mild cheddar cheese shopping list
- 3-eggs shopping list
- 1/4-cup milk shopping list
- 1 block of margarine, melted shopping list
- 1 Jiffy corn bread mix shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients, leaving the cornbread mix until last.
- Pour into 11 X 7 baking dish that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
- Bake at 400̊ for 30-35 minutes or until browning across the top.
