Ingredients

How to make it

  • Whisk lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, and salt in a very large bowl to blend
  • Season dressing to taste with pepper
  • Mix in bulgar
  • Mix remaining ingredients in medium bowl
  • Season with salt and pepper
  • SPOON ATOP BULGAR, (DO NOT MIX)
  • Cover and chill overnight or up to 2 days
  • Toss salad
  • Transfer to serving bowl or bowls
  • This is truly low calorie and very nutritious + DELICIOUS!
  • NOTE: there are no tomatoes in this recipe, but you could "add as
  • you go" :)

    OK Rosemary, I need your help. I am a girl from Oklahoma and living in Rhode Island, so I need your help. I have the bulgar wheat, but I don't know what Steakhouse Produce is or what can be comparable. When I asked at the supermarket where is the taboli wheat that I can make at home, they looked at me like I had six heads. HELP
