  • ADD BOTH MIXES TOGETHER
  • PREHEAT TO 350
  • POUR INTO GREASED TUBE OR BUNDT PAN
  • YOU CAN SPRINKLE THE GREASED PAN WITH MY CINNAMON IF YOU WISH.
  • POUR HALF THE BATTER INTO THE PAN.
  • MAKE A MIX OF 2 TEASPOONS OF CINNAMON AND 5 TABLESPOONS OF SUGAR.
  • PLACE CUT APPLES ON DOUGH SPRINKLE WITH HALF THE CINNAMON SUGAR
  • TOP WITH MORE BATTER
  • SPRINKLE WITH REST OF CINNAMON SUGAR
  • BAKE FOR 1 1/2 HOURS OR 2 KEEP CHECKING.
  • **ONE DAY I HAD NO OJ, I DID HAVE SIMPLY LEMONADE IN MY REFRIGERATOR, IT WAS AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS. IT WAS LIGHTER AND FLUFFIER. EITHER WAY THEY ARE BOTH DELICIOUS.
  • ** LAYERING THE APPLES YOU CAN SAVE SOME APPLES FOR THE TOP OF THE CAKE TOO. I DON'T ONLY CAUSE THEY SEEM TO DRY OUT SOME.
