Good For You Frozen Banana Rockets Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup Walnuts or pecans or hazelnuts, chopped

4 med Bananas

1/2 cup Vanilla Yogurt

Directions

Place walnuts in a fry pan and heat on med until golden

Cut 1/4 inch off the end of each banana and insert a popcicle stick into the flat end

Get a piece of plastic wrap a bit bigger than your banana and spread 1/4 of the nuts onto it

Spoon yogurt over banana to coat

Roll in nuts and wrap up in the plastic wrap.

Repeat for each banana

Freeze for 2 hours.
