Beef N Bean Burritos or Dip Recipe

How to make it

  • Crumble ground beef in large skillet
  • Whilte beef is browning, add onion, pepper, all seasonings, and chiles
  • Once meat has cooked through, transfer to large pot, if needded
  • Add beans and 1/2 jar salsa
  • Cook on stovetop, adding salsa if needed for consistency
  • While misture is cooking, chop/fix all garnishes
  • Serve buffet style, letting everyone fix their own burrito according to their tastes
  • *TO SERVE AS DIP: Pour cooked mixture into large casserole dish. Cover with shredded cheese. Bake until bubbly. Serve with tortilla chips and same garnishes.

    Wonderful Post! Can't wait to try it. I would think you would be able to freeze the leftovers??? Thanks I know my hubby will love this as well as me!
