Chicken Mulberry

- 4 Boneless, skinless chicken Breasts, pounded to desired thickness shopping list
- One package (8oz.) frozen broccoli Spears shopping list
- 1 tbsp. roasted garlic Dressing or garlic powder (or 3 cloves roasted garlic) shopping list
- 2 tsp. dried parsley or 1 tsp. Chopped fresh parsley shopping list
- 8 oz. Shredded mozzarella cheese shopping list
- 2 tbsp. olive oil shopping list
- 1/2 c. dry white wine shopping list
How to make it
- Pound out chicken breasts to desired thickness.
- Thaw broccoli spears in colander under hot running water.
- Heat oil in heavy skillet pan.
- Season with garlic dressing, garlic powder or spread roasted garlic on all sides of chicken breasts.
- Saute chicken in pan on medium heat until browned on all sides and cooked through.
- Add broccoli and 1/4 c. white wine - cover to steam broccoli 5 minutes.
- Pile broccoli on top of chicken breasts and smother with mozzarella cheese - add additional 1/2 c. white wine and cover again until cheese is melted and gooey - serve with your favorite pasta or risotto - enjoy!
