How to make it

  • Pound out chicken breasts to desired thickness.
  • Thaw broccoli spears in colander under hot running water.
  • Heat oil in heavy skillet pan.
  • Season with garlic dressing, garlic powder or spread roasted garlic on all sides of chicken breasts.
  • Saute chicken in pan on medium heat until browned on all sides and cooked through.
  • Add broccoli and 1/4 c. white wine - cover to steam broccoli 5 minutes.
  • Pile broccoli on top of chicken breasts and smother with mozzarella cheese - add additional 1/2 c. white wine and cover again until cheese is melted and gooey - serve with your favorite pasta or risotto - enjoy!

    I know Mulberry's, too, and I was so upset when it closed! For years I tried to re-create their Chicken Mulberry and couldn't get it right. Yours might be the answer I've been searching for! Can't wait to try it.
