Ingredients

How to make it

  • Cook rice. I use a rice cooker - 4c water, 2 c rice.
  • Steam broccoli
  • Stir fry buffalo in coconut oil.
  • Servings for special diet : measure out 3oz meat to smaller portion of rice (I do 2oz) sweet potato substitue - a complex starch of some type -(for this recipe I'm using rice)
  • Large portion of broccolli (or asparagus)
  • Combine all, add flax oil and salt to taste. Everything remaining can be stored for the week. Store individually in glass (best when hot) containers. To prepare later, just mix all and put it all in a cast iron skillet with coconut oil and heat it up. Add the flax and salt to taste. That easy!

Coconut is super high in protein when you eat the actual coconut meat. The oil is actually the purest all-natural fat burner in itself. Great for cooking w/med. heat. It comes hard though so you have to run it under hot water to melt it into an oil. Make sure you buy the oil in a glass bottle - not plastic. Plastic is toxic under heat. Also,if you make protein shakes after a workout - it is a great addition o that too. Let me know how you like it! I have recently added broccoli and quinoa to it -
