I absolutely love red cabbage and so does my family. I am curious as to what kind of apples you use - tart or sweet?

Had Sweet and Sour Red Cabbage over the weekend, it was so good, had it with Hot German Potatoe Salad and Beer Bratts. So Yummie! Mine is a bit different, will have to post it too. Great Post.
