Red Cabbage and Apple Low-Carb

- Low Carb red cabbage and apples shopping list

- 1 large head red cabbage -- shredded shopping list
- 2 apples, seeded and chopped into small pieces shopping list
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar shopping list
- 2 tablespoons water shopping list
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar shopping list
- seasoned salt shopping list
How to make it
- In a 5-quart slow cooker, combine the red cabbage and
- apples. Mix together the vinegar, water and 2
- tablespoons of the brown sugar. Pour over the cabbage
- mixture.
- Cover and cook on the low heat setting 6 hours, or
- until the cabbage is tender. Stir in the remaining 1
- tablespoon brown sugar and seasoned salt to taste.
- Serve immediately as a vegetable side dish or
- refrigerate until cold and serve chilled.

Had Sweet and Sour Red Cabbage over the weekend, it was so good, had it with Hot German Potatoe Salad and Beer Bratts. So Yummie! Mine is a bit different, will have to post it too. Great Post.
