Broccoli Delight

Another tried and true delight and a good way to serve broccoli. I love this dish and often make it in double batches so I have plenty leftover for my lunches. Yummers.
Ingredients
- 2 white onions chopped shopping list
- 1/3 cup butter shopping list
- 2 cups cooked rice shopping list
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese grated shopping list
- 1 cup cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- 2 pounds broccoli chopped shopping list
How to make it
- Sauté onions in butter.
- Add remaining ingredients and pour into greased casserole dish.
- Bake uncovered at 350 for 45 minutes.
