How to make it
- Melt 1/2 the butter in heavy saucepan.
- Saute garlic until fragrant.
- Add tomatoes with juice and sprinkle with sugar.
- Add other 1/2 stick of butter.
- Add salt and pepper and cover for 15 minutes, simmering over low heat.
- Add dry red wine and simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Serve over steaks, chicken or anything else you enjoy!
