Jennifer Talbotts Breakfast Casserole

A friend from work makes this breakfast casserole for every carry-in. There's never any left!
Ingredients
- 1 pound sausage (I use Jimmy Dean’s sage sausage) shopping list
- 1 count crescent rolls shopping list
- 6 eggs shopping list
- 2/3 cup milk shopping list
- 8 oz. Shredded colby cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Brown sausage. Mix eggs and milk. Layer bottom of baking dish with crescent rolls. Pour egg mixture over crescent rolls and add sausage and cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 375-400 degrees.
- Optional: Add fried hash browns to the eggs, sausage and cheese, and/or Durkees onion rings on top.
