How to make it

  • Lay a sheet of wax paper out on the counter
  • Melt the chocolate in either a double boiler or in the microwave
  • Use tongs or a very clean pair of eyebrow tweasers to dip the mint leaves in the hot melted chocolate.
  • Lay flat on the wax paper
  • If you'd like to make the leaves curved, cover a rolling pin with wax paper and lay the leaves across
  • Put in the freezer until firm
  • Serve with hot tea
