How to make it

  • Cut the bread into nice 1/4 inch slices. Toast the lightly ( this can be done when the Bruchetta has been made, so the bread does not get cold) The take the garlic clove and slightly rub it on all the toasted pieces of the french bread.
  • Diced the Roma tomatoes and put them into a bowl.
  • Add the onion, tomatotes, basil, vinegar, Olive oil and lemon juice. Mix well.
  • Put the Tomatoes mixture in a bowl surrounded by the french bread toast. put the Parmesan cheese into a small bowl next to the Bruscetta.
  • Spoon on the Bruscetta on your toast and sprinkle some parmesan cheese on it and enjoy.
