How to make it

  • In a saucepan, bring water and milk to a boil.
  • Reduce heat and add tea, letting it simmer 2-3 minutes, until the color of the liquid has deepened.
  • Add apple, pear, ginger, sugar, and nutmeg. Let simmer for another 4-5 minutes.
  • Remove from heat, and pour through tea strainer (or coffee filter) into teacups or mugs.
  • Serve hot and fresh!

    Great aromatic recipe! I don't drink milk so will have to use a substitute, maybe almond milk. Sounds so good.. Thanks for sharing.
