Island Style Grilled Turkey Tenderloin

- 4 pounds turkey breast tenderloins shopping list
- 3 tablespoons sugar free peach jam shopping list
- 2 large green onions, green and white part minced shopping list
- 4 teaspoons minced garlic, 2 large cloves about shopping list
- 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon of dried mint crushed shopping list
- 1/4 dried chipotle powder shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 tablespoon of rum shopping list
- 2 tablespoons lime juice shopping list
- 1 teaspoon lime zest shopping list
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Spray unheated grill rack with nonstick cooking spray.
- Place jam, green onions, garlic, hot pepper sauce, chipotle pepper, salt, rum, ime juice, lime zest and soy sauce in a blender and puree.
- Coat the tenderloins with the puree and marinate in the refrigerator for four hours.
- Thank goodness for plastic bags, just make sure you put it in a bowl in case of leaks.
- Place tenderloins on rack over medium-hot grill. Turn frequently for even cooking and browning. Cook tenderloins for about 20 minutes or until meat is no longer pink.
- Allow to rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
