Ingredients
  • 2 – 3 medium sized boiled beetroots
  • 1 medium sized potato
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt
  • Olive oil
  • Vinegar

Directions
  1. In the pressure cooker put the beetroots with water, add vegetable tray on top and put the potato in without peeling. Boil for 30 minutes. Boil eggs separately.
  2. When cold peel and cut everything into small pieces, add olive oil, vinegar and salt.
