I found this lovely recipe on the Jell-O site and believe me, it is very refreshing!

Ingredients
  • 1 can (15-1/2 oz.) pear halves in light syrup,
  • undrained
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Brand Lime Flavour
  • Gelatin
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 6 oz. (3/4 of 8 oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese,
  • softened
  • 1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon

Directions
  1. Drain pears, reserving 3/4 cup of the syrup.
  2. Dice pears and set aside.
  3. Stir boiling water into gelatin and salt in medium
  4. bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved.
  5. Stir in reserved syrup and lemon juice.
  6. Pour 1-1/4 cups gelatin mixture into 8 x 4 inch loaf pan or 4 cup
  7. mold sprayed with no stick cooking spray.
  8. Refrigerate about 1 hour or until set but not firm (should stick
  9. to finger when touched and should mound).
  10. Beat remaining gelatin mixture gradually into cream
  11. cheese until smooth.
  12. Stir in pears and cinnamon.
  13. Spoon over clear gelatin in pan.
  14. Refrigerate for 4 hours or until firm.
  15. Unmold.
  16. Cut into 8 slices.
  17. Store leftover gelatin mold in refrigerator.
  18. Total Time: 5 hours and 20 minutes
  19. Serves: 8, 1 slice each
