Steamed Pork Strips

- 1/2 kilo pork kasim, cut into strips shopping list
- 1-2 tbsp of Lee Kum Kee hoisin sauce shopping list
- 1 tsp sesame oil shopping list
- 3 tsp soy sauce shopping list
- 1 tbsp cornstarch shopping list
- petchay baguio shopping list
How to make it
- Mix the pork kasim strips with the rnext four ingredients. make sure all the pork is covered with the mixture.
- Let it sit for about an hour.
- Steam the pork for about 30 minutes to 45 minutes or until pork is tender.
- Meanwhile, in a spearate cooker, heat some water and when the water is about to boil, immerse the petchay baguio (blanch). Don't overcook!
- Place the petchay in a platter. Remove the pork from the steamer and place it on top of the petchay and serve! This recipe is also good for chicken breast fillet.
