Hi, please tell me what petchay baguio is and or equivalent

You can use lettuce as a substitute for pechay baguio. It's a variety of lettuce from the philippines' summer capital of baguio city. It's a city built by the americans in the 1900's in the mountains of benguet province. :)

The recipe sounds great but what is petchay baguio?
