Mels Bananas And Cream Recipe

Ingredients

1 or 2 bananas - depending on how hungry you are

Tupleo honey - you can use any honey, but Tupelo is the best.

cinnamon

milk or heavy cream (I go for the gusto and use the heavy cream)

Directions

Slice up the bananas in a bowl. Spoon two or three tablespoons of honey over the bananas. Shake cinnamon over it all and cover with a thick, deep layer of heavy cream.

Or.. wimp out and use milk. (grin)

And, it can all be organic. I prefer raw milk, too, when I can get it. The cream is still in container (as it should be!)
