Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon beef-flavored bouillon granules
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 pound boneless round rump veal trimmed and cut into 1-inch cubes
  • Vegetable cooking spray
  • 2 medium carrots scraped and cut into thin strips
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 cups hot cooked rice

Directions
  1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a heavy-duty plastic bag.
  2. Add veal, seal bag and shake to coat.
  3. Coat a nonstick skillet with cooking spray and place over medium heat until hot.
  4. Add veal and cook stirring constantly until lightly browned.
  5. Add carrots and next 3 ingredients then bring to a boil stirring constantly.
  6. Cover reduce heat and simmer 40 minutes.
  7. Serve over rice.
