Tried and true and one I make often. It never gets old, in fact, it is often requetsed in my home.

Ingredients
  • 6 ounce package strawberry gelatin
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1-1/2 cups cold apple juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup diced peeled apple
  • 1/2 cup celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts

Directions
  1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
  2. Add cold water and cinnamon.
  3. Chill until thickened.
  4. Gold in apple, celery and nuts.
  5. Spoon into 6 cup mold and chill until firm.
