How to make it

  • Make dressing, mixing very well. Chop napa cabbage; add bell peppers and green onions. Fry crushed ramen noodles in 1/2 cup olive oil; drain and cool. Pour dressing over cabbage, then add ramen noodles. Serve immediately.
  • NOTE: If you want to let the dressing marinate the cabbage for a few minutes, that works well too, but wait until serving to add fried noodles. I have also added chopped cherry tomatoes to this and it is a great addition.
