Yummo is all I can say about this delight. Once I get started on this I can never quit. Yummers.

Ingredients
  • 4 pounds crab legs
  • 1 medium avocado peeled pitted and mashed
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

Directions
  1. Fill large fry pan to 1/2" depth with water then add crab legs and bring to boil.
  2. Reduce heat then cover and simmer 4 minutes.
  3. Drain and serve with red sauce.
  4. To make sauce combine avocado, sour cream, cumin, lime juice and hot pepper sauce.
  5. Stir until well combined.
