Crab Legs With Verde Sauce

- 4 pounds crab legs shopping list
- 1 medium avocado peeled pitted and mashed shopping list
- 1/3 cup sour cream shopping list
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin shopping list
- 2 teaspoons lime juice shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Fill large fry pan to 1/2" depth with water then add crab legs and bring to boil.
- Reduce heat then cover and simmer 4 minutes.
- Drain and serve with red sauce.
- To make sauce combine avocado, sour cream, cumin, lime juice and hot pepper sauce.
- Stir until well combined.
