Styers Pumpkin Pie recipe

Another recipe from Styers Orchard in Langhorne, PA. They use to make this. It is traditional quick and easy
Ingredients
- Beat: shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- Add: shopping list
- 3 cups pumpkin shopping list
- 1 cup sugar (does not give type so use what you wish, I use brown or half and half) shopping list
- 1 1/4 cups of cream or evaporated milk, shopping list
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt ( I do not use all this) shopping list
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg(again buy nutmeg and as emirl says buy a house) shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon(not full) of ginger. I use only a pinch(instead of ginger I usually use pumpkin pie spice) shopping list
How to make it
- Pour into 10" pie crust
- Bake 375 for 3/4 hour or until knife comes out clean(place it in the center)
