Roasted Garlic Aioli For Extra Special Grilled Burger Recipe
Spread this on bun, slap on a grilled 1-1/4 inch burger, grilled onion slices,topped with a slice of Wisconsin cheddar, romaine lettuce leaf, and a juicy sliced tomato! Umm GOOD!

Ingredients
  • I head of garlic (unpeeled)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 small garlic clove, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon hot paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin

Directions
  1. Wrap garlic in foil
  2. Roast in 400 degree oven until tender, about 45 minutes
  3. Squeeze garlic from papery casings
  4. Puree in blender with remaining ingredients
  5. Pepper to taste
  6. NOTE: can be made 2 days ahead, cover and refrigerate
  7. This is a wonderful combination, and can be doubled and used on vegetables, poultry, and other meats
