Ingredients

How to make it

  • Wrap garlic in foil
  • Roast in 400 degree oven until tender, about 45 minutes
  • Squeeze garlic from papery casings
  • Puree in blender with remaining ingredients
  • Pepper to taste
  • NOTE: can be made 2 days ahead, cover and refrigerate
  • This is a wonderful combination, and can be doubled and used on vegetables, poultry, and other meats
