Harvest Skillet Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • fry bacon in large skillet until crisp
  • remove bacon from pan and set aside
  • add sausage to bacon drippings
  • fry until just begins to brown
  • add potatoes, peppers and onions and stir fry over meduim high heat until potatoes start to soften
  • add corn and continue to stir fry until potatoes are done and mixture is heated through
  • season to taste with salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper
  • crumble bacon and sprinkle on top
  • serve

    This was SO good we made it 3 days later for breakfast and added some black beans and scrambled eggs and cheese OUT OF SIGHT!!! Thank you for the post!!!
