Caramel Apple Gingerbread

- 1 can apple pie filling shopping list
- 1 pkg(14.5oz) gingerbread shopping list
- 1/4c. caramel flavored ice cream topping shopping list
- whipped topping shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 350. Lightly greas (9x9x2"0baking pan.Set aside
- In a lg. bowlprepare gingerbread mix according to directions. Fold in apple pie filling
- Spread batter into prepared pan.
- Bake 30-35 mins or till toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool 30 mins.
- Serve with caramel and whipped toppings.

Well, I don't think it turned out quite the way it was supposed to when I made it. (I think I needed to cook it longer) But it tasted so very good. I am going to try again once I get another box of gingerbread!

I had all the ingredients in the pantry and this was very good. Definitely easy and very moist and flavorful. I love caramel sauce on gingerbread and the apples mede it delectable.
