Caramel Apple Gingerbread Recipe

Ingredients

1 can apple pie filling

1 pkg(14.5oz) gingerbread

1/4c. caramel flavored ice cream topping

whipped topping

Directions

Heat oven to 350. Lightly greas (9x9x2"0baking pan.Set aside

In a lg. bowlprepare gingerbread mix according to directions. Fold in apple pie filling

Spread batter into prepared pan.

Bake 30-35 mins or till toothpick comes out clean.

Let cool 30 mins.

Serve with caramel and whipped toppings.

Well, I don't think it turned out quite the way it was supposed to when I made it. (I think I needed to cook it longer) But it tasted so very good. I am going to try again once I get another box of gingerbread!
