How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  • prepare hot roll mix according to package directions with the addition of the ranch dressing mix
  • divide dough into six pieces
  • let rest for 15 minutes
  • press each piece of sough into a 6 inch round
  • place each roung on a greased cookie sheet
  • prick the dough in several places
  • top each round with parmesan cheese, tomatoes, rosemary and pepper slivers
  • mix olive oil basil and garlic together bleding well
  • drizzle each round with the oil mixture
  • let rise for ten minutes
  • bake for 15 minutes until edges are golden brown

    I was just peeking at incredible looking chicken basil panini recipe saying if I could only find a recipe to do my own focaccia I'd be in heaven ... and here it is ~grins~

    Thanks a bunch for sharing this. The ranch dressing mix must give this a really savoury little kick! Can't wait to try it.
