How to make it

  • Place the salad greens in a large bowl
  • whisk the sugar, mayonnaise, and mustard together
  • pour over the greens
  • slice eggs and add to the greens
  • toss salad gently to coat greens
  • cover and chill in the fridge for 20 to 30 minutes before serving

    Kind of like my mom's favorite layered salad without all the work. I know I'd like this. It has the good stuff.
