How to make it
- Remove skin and bones from the fish and flake .
- Mix everything in food processor until blended.
- Taste and adjust seasoning.

I have some smoked Whiting in the frig and I am looking for a way to serve it chilled or at room temperature as a spread, salad or dip. This just might be my preferred method. The ingrediants sound nicely balanced.vino4dino in Baltimore loved it
