- 300 g firm smoked fish shopping list
- 250 ml cream cheese shopping list
- 125 ml sour cream shopping list
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice shopping list
- pinch of ginger shopping list
- 10 ml tomato paste shopping list
- good pinch sugar shopping list
- freshly ground black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Remove skin and bones from the fish and flake .
- Mix everything in food processor until blended.
- Taste and adjust seasoning.

I have some smoked Whiting in the frig and I am looking for a way to serve it chilled or at room temperature as a spread, salad or dip. This just might be my preferred method. The ingrediants sound nicely balanced.
