The vegetarian version of sloppy joes. Really easy, really tasty. The ingredient list seems long, but you should have most of them in your pantry. Once you have the basic recipe you can use different vegetables and seasonings.

Yum, this sounds like total veggie comfort food. I've been trying to avoid eating processed soy as my vegetarian comfort food catch-all, so it's great to find a lentil-based recipe! I will definitely be trying this one out soon.
